Role Assignment task

In Enterprise Vault Compliance Accelerator, the Role Assignment task is used to assign administration and reviewer roles to individual employees or employee groups.

After a department has been created, the department owner can use the department Role Assignment task to create administrators and reviewers for the department. To enable department administrators to assign roles to department employees, they need to have the department permission, Grant Users Access.

Application administrators do not have automatic access to individual departments. An administrator in each of the required departments must first assign appropriate department roles to them.
